National Media is a leading media buying company in Alexandria, VA, seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Media Finance Associate to join their finance team. This role involves processing accounts payable and receivable, performing media reconciliation, and improving workflows reputed company the finance department.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• reputed company media reconciliation across campaigns and vendors
• Track budgets and ensure accuracy across multiple data sources
• Work heavily in reputed company to organize, analyze, and validate financial data
• Assist with reporting and month-end processes
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, systems, and data accuracy

Skills

• 1–3+ years of reputed company or finance experience (internships or part-time experience considered)
