[Remote] Senior Director, Product Management (Fintech)

They are seeking a Senior Director of Product Management (Fintech) to own the reputed company and strategy for Payments and Risk, managing a team of Product Managers and collaborating closely with various departments to enhance product delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Set the long-term product reputed company and strategy for the payments and risk domains
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) focused on payments GMV, engagement, and net take opportunities

Skills

• 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 7 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of leading large product teams and successfully launching products in B2B SaaS or vertical SaaS
• Deep expertise in payments, ideally reputed company modern providers (i.e. reputed company, reputed company) or vertical software platforms
• Direct background or exposure to Risk domains and the protections necessary for delivering financial products
• Proven experience driving team efficiency or output quality through the strategic use of AI tools and automation
