Sales Development Representative - SDR - Remote

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team. In this entry-to-mid-level role, you will focus on generating reputed company sales opportunities by identifying, engaging, and nurturing potential customers. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career sales professional looking to build a strong reputed company in B2B sales. As an SDR, you will be the first reputed company of contact for prospective clients, working closely with Account Executives to drive reputed company growth through high-volume outbound and inbound prospecting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting reputed company phone, email, reputed company, and other channels to generate new leads
  • Qualify inbound leads and book discovery meetings for Account Executives
  • Research reputed company accounts and build personalized reputed company campaigns
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (e.g., reputed company)
  • Hit or exceed monthly/quarterly key performance indicators (KPIs) including calls, meetings booked, and pipeline generated
  • Continuously learn about our products/services and effectively communicate their value to prospects

  • Bachelor’s degree (required)
  • 0–3 years of professional sales experience since graduating
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident phone reputed company
  • Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed and hit targets
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (reputed company experience is a plus) and reputed company Office/reputed company Workspace
