Paid Media Manager (Fully remote, Non-profit Fundraising)

About the position Are you a data-driven marketer who loves turning strategy into results? Avalon Consulting is a full-service direct marketing fundraising agency, and we’re looking for a Paid Media Manager to execute and optimize digital advertising campaigns for nonprofit organizations advancing environmental conservation, social justice, cultural arts, and other progressive causes. In this role, you’ll bring campaigns to life across paid search, paid social, and programmatic channels while collaborating with Avalon’s digital, creative, analytics, and client service teams. Your work will directly support organizations raising the funds needed to power their missions. We’re proud to be a fully remote company, welcoming staff to work from their home offices, with occasional travel for client meetings, trainings, or company gatherings.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Execution Launch and manage campaigns across reputed company Ads, reputed company Ads, paid social, CTV, and programmatic platforms Build keywords, audiences, ads, budgets, and bidding strategies reputed company with media plans Monitor campaign pacing and ensure accuracy through regular QA
  • Optimization & Performance Track campaign performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities Implement optimizations reputed company to bids, budgets, audiences, placements, and creative Support A/B testing across ads, reputed company pages, and targeting strategies
  • Reporting & Insights Prepare performance reports and dashboards using key metrics such as CPA and ROAS Pull insights from ad platforms, reputed company Analytics, and internal tools Support senior team members in developing client-facing performance summaries
  • Technical & Budget Management Manage UTM tracking, conversion events, and pixel implementation Conduct routine audits of tracking and campaign setup Monitor spend and prepare monthly budget and billing reconciliation
  • Collaboration & Innovation Partner with internal teams across Creative, Analytics, Finance, and Client Service Participate in internal knowledge-sharing and campaign testing initiatives Stay reputed company on platform updates and digital advertising trends

Requirements

  • 3+ years managing digital advertising campaigns, including paid search
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as reputed company Ads, reputed company, reputed company Ads, or DSPs
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using reputed company Analytics, reputed company, and ad platform reporting
  • Familiarity with tools such as reputed company Tag Manager, reputed company Ads Editor, Search Ads 360, and UTM tracking
  • Experience integrating campaigns with CRM or donation platforms such as reputed company, Engaging Networks, EveryAction, Classy, or reputed company
  • Comfort working in collaborative tools such as Teams, reputed company, and reputed company
