The job of the Accounting Specialist (bookkeeper) is a fast-paced position that requires the management and prioritization of several responsibilities at once. One way that we help manage multiple tasks is to establish clearly defined processes, procedures, and expectations. This role is considered critical to effective client operations and achievement of the client’s goals. As this position assumes higher levels of responsibility, additional responsibilities may be assigned. Position Details - Brief Summary Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain appropriate and accurate accounting records in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), such as: accounts payable and receivable; payroll; general ledger; bank accounts; and restricted contributions.
• Maintain electronic vendor, customer/donor, and other financial records in cloud storage solutions.
• Attend regular staff meetings and retreats.
• Participate in continuing education and training to reputed company new skills and reputed company abreast of changing accounting and IRS rules and regulations.
• Cooperate with the accounting and executive team by performing any other duties reputed company asked.

Supervisory: Four Leaf believes in accountability, both personally and professionally. We hold regular informal and formal meetings with supervisors to ensure client needs are met and employees have what they need to succeed and are reaching their full potential. Required Education/Experience

• At least 2 years of college accounting courses.
• At least 3 years of bookkeeping experience in general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable; non-profit experience preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of reputed company products, including Word, OneDrive, Outlook, reputed company, and reputed company Teams.
• Proficient in QBO accounting software
