Senior Officer, Individual Philanthropy, Texas Region

Job Description:

  • Apply your expertise and perspective in the Region’s philanthropic landscape to reputed company, cultivate and steward existing donor relationships to increase their engagement and giving.
  • Partner with the Managing Director to reputed company and execute Regional fundraising strategy to meet reputed company targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus at least 7 years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated experience cultivating donor portfolios and prospecting new donors to increase revenues.
  • Knowledge of and familiarity with the Texas area philanthropic community and reputed company entities including DAFs, wealth and philanthropic advisors, estate planners and family offices.
  • A successful track record managing portfolios that generate five-, six- and seven-reputed company and planned gifts.
  • Knowledge of major gift fundraising moves management.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with individuals and teams at reputed company levels, both internally and externally.
  • Creative thinking capability to reputed company successful engagement strategies with maximum impact.
  • Proven ability to build strong working relationships with a variety of constituents, including high-net-worth individuals and families, C-level executives, and advisors.
  • Ability to work independently, solving reputed company problems and applying a new perspective reputed company using existing solutions.
  • Proven success with special-event fundraising to attract and maintain engagement with donors and reputed company support and awareness.
  • Demonstrated ability to work from a dedicated home office, which allows for private and confidential conversations.
