  • reputed company the refinement, validation, and deployment of optical imaging systems and their associated control interfaces for use by clinical and industrial collaborators. This includes improving system performance, usability, and reliability across diverse application environments.
  • Apply machine learning and data-driven approaches for feature extraction, classification, and predictive modeling of ocular diseases using optical imaging datasets acquired from human study participants. reputed company and optimize models to enhance diagnostic accuracy and generalizability.
  • Formulate research hypotheses and design rigorous experimental protocols. Integrate multimodal imaging data into computational pipelines for model parameterization, quantitative analysis, and validation of scientific outcomes.
  • Prepare, author, and contribute to high-quality research manuscripts for submission to peer-reviewed journals, ensuring clarity, methodological rigor, and adherence to publication standards.
  • Utilize cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS) for scalable data processing, storage, and batch analysis workflows, supporting large-scale imaging studies and machine learning experiments.
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary imaging researchers to support a wide range of research initiatives, providing technical and analytical assistance as needed.
  • Offer computational expertise to internal and external collaborators, including the development of data acquisition, processing, and analysis tools using programming environments such as Python and MATLAB.
  • Contribute to the preparation and writing of grant applications and research proposals, ensuring clear articulation of research objectives, methods, and broader impacts.
  • Maintain organized, version-controlled codebases and ensure regular updates, documentation, and secure backups of reputed company research-reputed company software and analytical pipelines.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proficiency in programming languages and scientific computing (e.g., Python, Labview, MATLAB).

  • Experience with existing computational methods of OCT image processing
