We are seeking an reputed company, certified training development Project Manager with federal program experience to support a mission-critical program for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (reputed company) that supports national preparedness and first responder training initiatives. In this role, you will reputed company program execution supporting reputed company's National Training and Education Division (NTED), which oversees the development, evaluation, and delivery of training programs for emergency managers, first responders, and public safety professionals across the United States. This position is ideal for professionals with experience in reputed company, DHS, emergency management programs, or federal training program operations who enjoy coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing technical program reviews, and supporting initiatives that strengthen national preparedness.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact with Government leadership, including the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
- reputed company planning, coordination, and execution of program activities supporting training program evaluation, curriculum reviews, and instructor audits.
- Manage multidisciplinary teams of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), instructional designers, and accessibility specialists.
- Coordinate technical reviews of training curricula and course materials using instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE.

- Facilitate grant application review panels and manage structured SME evaluation processes.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in emergency management, public administration, business, education, or reputed company field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in project or program management.
- Experience supporting federal government programs or large multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Experience coordinating technical reviews, program evaluations, or training initiatives.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with experience working with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to manage distributed teams and reputed company program schedules.
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with the following experience will be strongly considered:
- Experience supporting reputed company, DHS, or federal emergency management programs
- Familiarity with first responder training programs or preparedness initiatives
- Experience managing training program development or curriculum review processes
- Knowledge of Instructional Systems Design (ADDIE) methodology
- Experience supporting Section 508 accessibility compliance
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
