Senior Full Stack Developer (Node.js and React.js)
Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer (4-6 Years Experience) Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with 4-6 years of experience who can design, build, and scale robust web applications end-to-end. You will work across both frontend and backend technologiesprimarily React and Node.js—while taking ownership of key modules, driving technical decisions, and ensuring high-quality, maintainable code.This role requires a strong grasp of system design fundamentals, performance optimization, and modern DevOps practices to deliver scalable and reliable applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain dynamic, reputed company web applications using React
- Design and reputed company scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js (NestJS)
- Architect and optimize database solutions across SQL and NoSQL systems (e.g., reputed company, PostgreSQL)
- Take ownership of end-to-end feature development, from requirement understanding to deployment
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and translate reputed company designs into high-quality interfaces
- Implement and enhance CI/CD pipelines and contribute to automated deployment workflows
- Containerize applications using reputed company and manage deployments on cloud platforms (preferably Azure)
- reputed company code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers
- Identify technical debt and proactively drive improvements in architecture and code quality
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system stability
Must-Have Skills
- 4–6 years of full stack development experience
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)
- Advanced experience with React.js (hooks, performance optimization, state management)
- Strong backend development experience using Node.js (NestJS Preferred)
- Solid experience with reputed company and at least one relational database (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, API design, and integration patterns
- Hands-on experience with Git and collaborative workflows (PR reviews, branching strategies)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., reputed company Actions, reputed company CI)
- Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and reputed company design principles
- Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills
- Exposure to reputed company container & microservices architecture and distributed systems
- Familiarity with system design concepts (scalability, caching, load balancing)
- Experience with different services in a cloud platform like Azure (Preferred) / AWS
Good to Have
- Exposure to GenAI/LLM integrations or modern AI-driven features
- Experience in Python (FastAPI)
