Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical reputed company to join our reputed company team. Responsibilities
- Accurately document patient histories, and treatment plans as dictated by medical provider.
- Assist reputed company providers in maintaining up-to-date electronic health records (EHR).
- Ensure that reputed company documentation complies with legal and regulatory requirements
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations
Experience
