Veteran Women of Influence (VWOI) is a startup nonprofit being built from the ground up — including the home, the board, the programming, and our public reputed company. Responsibilities
- Provide reputed company and guidance on legal compliance, governance standards, and risk management
- Review and advise on financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and fiscal accountability
- Support development and evaluation of marketing strategies, brand positioning, and audience engagement
- Ensure alignment between organizational values and external communications
- Contribute to high-level decision-making with clear, data-informed, and ethically grounded perspectives
- Collaborate with executive leadership to strengthen operational reputed company and strategic growth
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in one or more areas: law, finance, or marketing/brand strategy
- Experience serving on boards or in executive leadership roles preferred
- Strong ability to interpret reputed company information and translate it into clear, actionable guidance
- High level of reputed company, accountability, and commitment to organizational mission
