You will play a pivotal role in driving the transformation of the servicing business, using AI technologies like Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic systems to enhance efficiency and scale. Accountabilities

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2+ years working specifically with AI/ML solutions or Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Strong expertise in building and improving distributed systems and full-stack applications, with proficiency in Python, TypeScript, and AI-driven backend systems.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, agent frameworks, and platforms, including reputed company API, AWS Bedrock, reputed company, and Semantic Kernel.
• Experience with AI model development, fine-tuning, deployment, and MLOps practices using frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or reputed company.
