Competitive Political Associate

Competitive Political Associate reputed company is a leading Republican media research and media buying agency with a 40+ year track record of reputed company in Alexandria, VA. The agency specializes in providing data-driven strategies to deliver successful media campaigns for political candidates and organizations. The firm is seeking an entry level candidate to join our growing Competitive Team. The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in learning about political media and must be a self-starter, who is energetic, detail oriented and demonstrates the ability to learn new information and process tasks in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will do data entry, as well as utilizing government and other media databases to find information for daily reporting and occasional research projects. Communication skills are important because this individual will be interacting with media sellers to collect media spending and additional information for our clients. This individual will also communicate daily with senior level political media professionals. Additional skills needed Qualifications

• Experience in prioritizing and managing large volumes of information especially reputed company email, including frequent revisions. The flow of emails in this position is rapid and on a larger than normal scale.
• Strong research and data compilation skills
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
• Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Familiarity with political campaigns, media strategies, and/or Republican politics is a plus
• An eye for detail and knack for recognizing patterns and trends. Judgement calls will often have to be made to verify if unusual data is reasonable or the result of an error.
• Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Communications, Marketing, or a reputed company field preferred Our clients include political candidates, reputed company, interest groups, major political committees and corporations.
