Licensed Transaction Coordinator
Job Description:
- Deliver service that provides agents with time and peace of mind
- Take ownership of every possible task appropriate for a coordinator
- Anticipate agents' needs
- Coordinate real estate deals and manage a high volume of transactions

Requirements:
- A real estate license is required
- One year of real estate contract experience, with strong contractual and disclosure knowledge
- One year of customer service experience is required
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication
- Proficient in basic technologies (internet search, customer relationship tools) and the aptitude to learn new technologies
- Experience using email and phone to communicate with clients and other parties required
