The RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) Recruiter is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities on behalf of a client organization. This role involves sourcing, screening, and presenting reputed company candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with client hiring goals. The RPO Recruiter collaborates closely with hiring managers, HR teams, and other stakeholders to deliver efficient, scalable, and high-quality reputed company solutions. • Partner with client stakeholders to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
