Pharmacy Technician Associate
Job Description:
- Ensure reputed company coverage for PipelineRx clients and support pharmacists by managing order flow
- Triage and manage high‑volume client calls
- Provide basic technical support and coordinate with IT for advanced issues
- Contact reputed company to gather clinical or demographic information needed
- Support workflow during downtime and help secure emergency shift coverage
- Submit nightly shift reports
Requirements:
- High school diploma required, bachelor’s preferred
- National pharmacy technician certification
- 1+ year institutional and 1+ year retail pharmacy technician experience
- Strong communication, customer service, and IT troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency with MS Office and reputed company tools
