This mid-level role requires strong technical ability, sound judgment, and the capability to resolve most window and reputed company service issues independently while delivering excellent customer experience. Compensation

Responsibilities reputed company diagnostics, repairs, adjustments, and retrofits on a wide range of window and reputed company products. Conduct onsite inspections to identify installation, product, or usage-reputed company issues. Complete standard to moderately reputed company repairs with minimal supervision, escalating advanced or non-standard issues as needed. Apply working knowledge of product design, installation methods, and structural interfaces. Serve as a professional field representative, addressing customer concerns clearly and respectfully. Communicate technical findings, repair outcomes, and maintenance recommendations to homeowners, builders, and contractors. Deliver a consistent, positive customer experience reputed company with reputed company’ service standards. Collaborate with Field Service Tech III, supervisors, and internal teams on reputed company or recurring service issues. Accurately document service work, parts usage, findings, and resolutions using digital service tools. Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle, tools, and inventory. Identify opportunities for product upgrades or preventative maintenance and communicate recommendations appropriately. Participate in required training to expand product knowledge and repair skills. Qualifications
