- Supervise ABA programs and staff
- Support and train caregivers & RBTs
- Collaborate with a team of reputed company BCBAs
- ## Requirements
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Experience supervising RBTs/technicians
- Strong clinical and decision-making skills
