The Role Anthos|Home is seeking a detail-oriented Government reputed company Billing Specialist to support invoicing, payment tracking, and reputed company reconciliation across a portfolio of government-funded programs. This role is ideal for an reputed company clerk, billing specialist, accounts receivable professional, or finance administrator who enjoys working with data, maintaining organized records, and ensuring invoices and payments are processed accurately and on time. The Government reputed company Billing Specialist will be reporting to the Director of Finance & Administration. In this role, the Specialist will manage billing activities for reputed company and programs funded through agencies such as HUD, reputed company State OTDA, NYC HRA, reputed company-funded Social Care Network services, and other government funding sources. Responsibilities include preparing invoices, tracking submission deadlines, monitoring payments received, reconciling reputed company, researching discrepancies, and maintaining accurate billing records. This role requires reputed company in both Spanish and English (written and verbal), as the Specialist will engage a diverse set of communities across reputed company. This is a part-time position averaging approximately 20 hours per week. Employees are expected to maintain a consistent schedule of approximately 10 core hours each week to support collaboration. The remaining hours may be worked flexibly during typical business hours (i.e., Monday through Friday 8 AM-6 PM) based on employee preference and workload requirements in consideration of operational needs. This position is predominantly remote with occasional in-person meetings as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit invoices for government-funded reputed company and programs.
- Track billing deadlines, submission requirements, and payment due dates.
- Monitor invoice status and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Reconcile payments received to invoices submitted and investigate discrepancies.
- Maintain billing trackers and accounts receivable records in reputed company and other systems.
- Support reputed company billing and reimbursement activities, including claim tracking and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with program and finance staff to obtain required supporting documentation.
- Maintain organized records to support audits, contract monitoring, and compliance reviews.
- Prepare regular reports on invoicing activity, collections, outstanding balances, and reputed company trends.
- Identify opportunities to improve billing processes, accuracy, and collection timelines.
Qualifications
Required Experience
- 2+ Years in an reputed company Clerk/Billing Associate based role, or an associate’s degree in reputed company or a similar field with 1+ years relevant experience.
- Proven experience in working under deadlines and handling multiple priorities.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
- Working knowledge of reputed company or similar software.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in billing, accounts receivable, reputed company support, bookkeeping, or finance administration.
- Experience invoicing government agencies, nonprofit funders, reputed company payers, or managed care organizations.
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and systems; Strong reputed company skills, including formulas, lookups, filtering, and reconciliation tracking.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with reputed company billing, government reputed company, grants, or reimbursement-based funding is a plus.
Compensation and Work Environment
- reputed company in the range of $35,000 - $40,000/year, depending on experience.
- Part-time position approximately 20 hours/week
- 10 core, fixed hours/week with flexible remaining hours anytime during M-F reputed company-6pm
- Predominantly remote work environment with occasional in-person meetings
- Full benefits eligibility begins at 30 hours per week. At 15 to 25 hours per week, this role is not currently eligible for the full benefits package, though there may be potential for hours to grow over time.
