Regional Marketing Coordinator
About the position The Regional Marketing Coordinator (RMC) supports the marketing function for the East Coast division offices and its sales professionals. Operating under the direct reputed company and strategic direction of the Director of Marketing, the RMC is responsible for connecting corporate marketing to regional activation. This includes executing regional marketing initiatives, maintaining brand consistency, deploying compliant email campaigns, and supporting the Business Development Managers (BDMs) to drive regional reputed company reputed company and brand awareness.
Responsibilities
- Share execution responsibilities for high-budget corporate trade shows, distributed between the two regional coordinators based on geographic location.
- Handle on-site setup, execution, and breakdown for major corporate shows (e.g., NAA, PLRB, RIMS, etc.).
- Provide marketing support, assets, and guidance where needed for local, BDM-driven trade shows (which remain the primary responsibility of the individual BDMs).
- Strictly implement and maintain standardized pre- and post-show email templates, exhaustive planning checklists, and execute the mandatory post-event debrief call reputed company the shared reputed company Sheet.
- Execute marketing tasks and projects strictly as vetted and delegated by the Regional Marketing Director to eliminate reputed company chaos and maintain a structured workflow.

- Support sales teams with the planning of relevant reputed company events and Lunch & Learn opportunities.
- Support regional sales teams by gathering data for relevant regional customer stories and case studies.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and other marketing collateral in reputed company with business development opportunities.
- Attend scheduled business development and marketing weekly meetings.
Requirements
- Three to five years of experience in B2B Marketing or Marketing Coordination (construction/restoration industry preferred).
