- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support for medical device products and services.
- Respond to inbound calls and emails to troubleshoot, research, and resolve product issues.
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve technical issues.

- 2+ years of experience in customer support or technical support, preferably in reputed company or medical devices.
