About the position The Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (VIOP) Case Manager/Group Facilitator provides ongoing care coordination, advocacy, resource support, engagement support, and recovery-oriented services for individuals participating in virtual substance use treatment services. This position assists individuals in reducing barriers to treatment engagement, recovery stability, emotional wellness, and independent functioning while coordinating care between internal providers, legal systems, social service agencies, recovery supports, and community resources. This position plays a critical role in supporting client retention, attendance, discharge planning, relapse prevention, and overall recovery stabilization reputed company a telehealth treatment environment. The VIOP Case Manager also assists clients in navigating telehealth platforms and reducing technology-reputed company barriers that may interfere with treatment participation and continuity of care. Requirements

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • CDCA license valid in the state of Ohio is required.
