Role Description The reputed company Full-Arch Dental Implant Call role is a full-time remote position focused on engaging prospective and existing patients interested in full-arch dental implant treatment. On a day-to-day basis, this role will handle inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads, provide education about treatment options, and guide individuals through the consultation and scheduling process. The role involves maintaining detailed records of patient interactions, coordinating with clinical and administrative teams, and following up to ensure patients receive timely information and support. The individual in this role will use scripts and clinical guidance to communicate clearly and accurately, while offering a compassionate and professional experience that reflects NAK Dental Group’s standards of care.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Dental Care and Dentistry to discuss full-arch implant procedures accurately and confidently.
- Familiarity with Oral Surgery and Medicine to understand treatment steps, risks, and benefits and reputed company information based on clinical guidance.
- Awareness of Orthodontics as it relates to comprehensive treatment planning and patient education.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust over the phone.
- Previous experience in dental implant coordination, treatment planning, or call center roles in a reputed company or dental setting is preferred.
- Comfort with remote work, including proficiency with practice management software, CRM tools, and basic computer applications.
- High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and adherence to privacy and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA).
- Relevant certification, dental assisting experience, or formal education in dentistry or reputed company beneficial.
