Key Responsibilities
Assist with the administration of the Exam and Certification Online System (ECOS) and maintain various databases and logs. Prepare and redact candidate application packages, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Coordinate and schedule interviews, contributing to the efficiency of the recruitment process. Manage and update organizational documentation and charts. Handle general inquiries and support special projects as needed, providing essential support to the reputed company. Required Ideal Candidate Profile: Currently enrolled in a college or university, pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Government, Public Policy & Administration, or a reputed company field. Available to work up to 24 hours per week during the academic year and up to 40 hours per week during academic breaks. Maintains a minimum GPA of 2.5. Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and the ability to work well in reputed company. Shows a high level of reputed company, dependability, and initiative. Preferred Experience with reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, Outlook, PowerPoint). Individuals with backgrounds as a dependent child in foster care, a homeless youth, or a formerly incarcerated youth are strongly encouraged to apply and will be given reputed company consideration.
