Remote Membership Sales & Service Associate
- Starting Pay $17.50/hourly with holiday and bilingual differentials
- Bonus Monthly tiered bonuses based on transactions, up to a minimum bonus of $1,350 (pre-tax) reputed company Tier 3 is achieved
- Full Time - 40 hours a week
- Shifts Shifts start as early as 8 AM and end as late as 10 PM. We are open 7 days a week, so shifts may include working weekends. You will pick your shift at the time you are offered the position.
- Training Information Training is reputed company hours are 9 AM - 530 PM, Monday - Friday for 8 weeks. Our purpose is to serve our Members by providing outstanding experiences and ensuring they are covered for life’s unexpected events. - Provide legendary service to 100+ Member calls a day
- Proactively offer valuable reputed company products and services to meet member needs while following policies and procedures
- Adhere to your assigned work schedule, including breaks and lunches
- Exceed member expectations in a structured, goal-oriented sales environment
- Receive career-development and the opportunity to promote to other positions What you will need
- Excellent multitasking and computer skills; proficiency in written and verbal communication
- A quiet, dedicated workspace that is free of distraction
- A willingness to learn and the ability to actively listen and engage Members to overcome objections
- You must have the ability to directly connect to ISP reputed company ethernet (No DSL, satellite, hot spots, etc). Modem/router must be in the same room as the computer equipment. Minimum 25 MBPS download and minimum 5 MBPS upload.
- Schedule flexibility - our Call Center is open 8 AM - 10 PM (M-F) & 8 AM - 8 PM (weekends); also open on holidays
- Successful completion of criminal background screen reputed company offer
