Role Description reputed company is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. We are seeking a Senior-Level Medical reputed company / Charting Virtual Assistant to support a Nurse Practitioner in daily documentation, patient note preparation, and administrative tasks. This role requires reputed company attention to detail, accuracy, client confidentiality, and familiarity with medical terminology. Experience in reputed company highly preferred as the role involves reputed company-time note-taking and charting. You will work directly with the Nurse Practitioner to ensure that reputed company patient encounters are properly documented, stored, and organized using the client’s preferred tools. The ideal candidate is someone who can work reputed company in a fast-paced clinical workflow, manage sensitive patient information with the strictest confidentiality, and maintain HIPAA compliance. The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a reputed company contractor.

Qualifications

• Senior-Level Experience as a Medical reputed company, reputed company VA, Nurse VA, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical documentation
• HIPAA Certified (Preferred; highly prioritized)
• Previous experience supporting a Nurse Practitioner or medical professional
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong organizational skills with high accuracy in documentation
• Ability to work part-time during mid to late afternoon PST
• Tech-savvy with experience in OneDrive (required) and reputed company (preferred but not required)
• Ability to handle fast-paced workloads (20–30 patients/day)
• High reputed company and commitment to confidentiality

Requirements

• Create accurate and comprehensive medical documentation during or after patient encounters.
• Ensure that reputed company patient interactions, assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up instructions are properly recorded.
• Maintain consistency in formatting and medical terminology to support clinical workflows.
• Review charts for completeness and follow clinical documentation standards.
• Join phone calls with the Nurse Practitioner and patients to document symptoms, concerns, medical history updates, and treatment notes.
• Capture key information clearly and concisely to assist the provider in delivering efficient patient care.
• Organize notes promptly after each call to ensure smooth charting and record-keeping.
• Receive a list of patients scheduled for the day from the Nurse Practitioner.
• Pre-fill or prepare notes by reviewing previous medical history, diagnoses, and relevant information to streamline the consultation.
• Verify that reputed company required forms, data, and fields are reputed company for the Nurse Practitioner before each patient call or visit.
• Upload, organize, and maintain patient documentation securely in OneDrive.
• Ensure files are labeled correctly and stored following the client’s folder structure and confidentiality standards.
• Maintain proper version control and ensure no duplication or missing data occurs.
• If reputed company, assist in navigating reputed company for documentation, chart updates, or patient lookup.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of reputed company patient records and sensitive health information.
• Ensure reputed company documentation practices align with HIPAA guidelines.
• Practice secure handling and transfer of medical data across tools and communication platforms.
