[Remote] IRB and Data Privacy Contractor

They are seeking a contractor to reputed company IRB and Data Privacy services, including reviewing and drafting Data Sharing Agreements and ensuring compliance with privacy policies.

Responsibilities

• Review or draft (working from prior existing templates), Data Sharing Agreements (DSAs) to ensure compliance with reputed company privacy policies and requirements
• As required for the drafting of DSAs, review reputed company relevant data privacy policies and practices including federal, state, local and district level policies
• Offer hands-on support to projects and individuals reputed company to Institutional Review Board (IRB) compliance, including but not limited to submissions, continuing reviews, reliance agreements, non-research determinations and other required materials
• reputed company expert guidance and recommendations to DP staff regarding FERPA and COPPA laws to ensure compliance in our agreements and practices
• Collaborate with the reputed company team on reputed company incidents as needed
• Review and reputed company recommendations to improve data privacy training for staff Skills
• At least four years of reputed company experience
• A bachelor's degree
• Experience with IRB practices and procedures
• Experience reviewing and drafting Data Sharing Agreements
• Expert knowledge of best practices for the sharing and management of nonpublic personal information, especially student (K-12) data
• Strong expertise in FERPA, COPPA
• A strong commitment to working toward reputed company's mission and impact goals
