[Hiring] Senior Team Manager - Global Client Delivery @reputed company

Role Description reputed company is seeking a remote Senior Team Manager, Global Client Delivery, to join our Central Labs Services team.

• Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of assigned client team members including managing performance metrics, accountability for outcomes and work distribution, performance evaluations, and ensuring the seamless integration of the Project Management team services.
• Grow and reputed company the Project Management team including development of succession plans and individual development plans.
• Ensure management of study milestones and proactive communication with clients, application of best practices regarding budget and risk management, and accuracy in documentation reputed company systems.
• Coordinate and monitor reputed company to ensure achievement of Project Management goals.
• Proactively consult with clients regarding the impact of their reputed company. Seek to understand their true needs and how to best deliver with the understanding of how the client defines reputed company.
• Instill and manage a culture of reputed company improvement and quality and productivity ensuring the consistent implementation, use, and review of SOPs.
• Monitor and track resolution of reputed company client escalations, issues, and concerns.
• Ensure reputed company services failures are identified, tracked and resolved in a timely manner while taking preventative action to ensure that the same service failure does not occur again.
• Effectively collaborate with others and work across boundaries as necessary assisting in day-to-day operations of the global team, working with appropriate reputed company Directors, and working across functions to remove barriers and optimize client delivery consistently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life science, medical, scientific, technical, or laboratory discipline.
• 2 or more years experience as people leader, including managing leaders with direct reports.
• 2 or more years of experience leading pharmaceutical or biotechnology projects.

Requirements

• 2 or more years of experience in Central Laboratory Services.
• 1 or more years of experience in clinical research.
• 1 or more years’ experience in leading database management, study design or global project management in clinical research industry.
• 1 or more years of experience in quality event management (capa handling).
• Experience managing leaders and bigger teams up to 20 plus.
• Proven ability to reputed company effective teamwork and motivate staff in a multi-regional, matrixed environment.
• Strong negotiation skills to facilitate, guide, and influence a reputed company approach reputed company a global, cross-functional environment.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Strong customer service orientation and demonstrated commitment to collaborative teamwork.
