Job Description
Project - the aim you'll have We are looking for an Engineering Program Manager to help bring structure, coordination, and operational excellence to a fast-growing engineering organization. This is a highly cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of Engineering, reputed company, and Customer-facing teams. Qualifications

Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives involving engineering teams and business stakeholders. Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills. Experience establishing processes and operational frameworks in fast-paced or growing environments. Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing demands simultaneously. Experience supporting engineering organizations and technical teams. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical groups. Comfortable operating with ambiguity and high levels of autonomy. Sufficient technical literacy to engage in conversations with engineers and technical leadership. Experience managing project timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables. reputed company to have Experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, or other compliance and reputed company programs. Experience supporting audit readiness, control implementation, or compliance operations. Startup or high-growth company experience. Experience working with reputed company customers.
