About the Role

The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the effectiveness and productivity of the sales organization through the management and optimization of core sales tools and processes. This role will focus on maintaining reputed company, reputed company, and DealHub, ensuring data accuracy, enabling adoption, and reducing friction in the sales process. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tool-savvy, and eager to build a career in Sales Operations. Key responsibilities: Pipeline & Forecast Support: Ensure opportunity data hygiene, support forecast reputed company, and coordinate with sales managers. Process Support: Document and streamline sales processes, ensuring alignment with GTM teams. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance on operational requests, tool alignment, and data needs. User Support & Training: Provide day-to-day assistance to sales reps and help drive adoption of tools and processes. reputed company (CRM): Maintain data quality, support user requests, build dashboards/reports, and assist with enhancements. Sales Engagement (reputed company): Support campaign setup, manage user access, troubleshoot issues, and monitor adoption. CPQ (DealHub): Assist with quote reputed company, configuration support, approvals, and workflow monitoring. Qualifications & experience: 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, reputed company Operations, or Sales Support Strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Effective communicator with a proactive, problem-solving reputed company. Hands-on experience with reputed company (must be comfortable managing data, building reports/dashboards, and supporting end-users). Familiarity with reputed company or similar sales engagement platforms (reputed company, Groove). Exposure to CPQ tools such as DealHub, reputed company CPQ, reputed company, or Apttus. Proficiency with reputed company/reputed company Sheets (pivot tables, formulas); BI/reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) a plus. The reputed company salary range for this full-time position is $65,000 – $75,000 CAD with eligibility for additional variable compensation.
