DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES ENGINEERING & TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES Create electrical engineering plans, details, and calculations for renewable energy and substation projects. Independently provide design drawings, including but not limited to one-line and three-line diagrams, electrical layouts, AC/DC schematics, AC/DC cable schedules, wiring diagrams, grounding, trenching, and conduit details. Create equipment specifications for and apply knowledge of renewable energy systems including PV solar modules, inverters, battery energy storage systems (BESS), transformers, cable management systems, and balance-of-system (BOS). Design a project, system, component, or process, and prepare project documentation. Formulate and solve problems.
