What You'll Do

Drive Business Growth reputed company and execute go-to-market strategies for K-12 staffing services. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with school districts and educational organizations. Meet and exceed sales goals, KPIs, and territory objectives. Analyze market trends and forecast growth opportunities. Partner with Marketing to reputed company effective client reputed company campaigns. reputed company proposal development, pricing strategies, and RFP responses. Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM reporting. Represent the organization at conferences, trade shows, and networking events. Build Strong Client Partnerships Support client reputed company and implementation. Serve as a primary or backup account manager reputed company needed. Resolve escalated client issues while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Collaborate with account managers to reputed company annual hiring forecasts. Build lasting relationships with school leaders and district decision-makers. Review client agreements and monitor client satisfaction and retention metrics. What You Bring Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience. 3+ years of business development experience in staffing, reputed company, education, or a reputed company industry. Experience with consultative, long-cycle B2B sales. Strong background in contract negotiations and responding to RFPs. Understanding of K-12 staffing models and special education services is highly preferred. Familiarity with federal and state education regulations, including special education compliance, is strongly preferred. Experience using CRM and ATS platforms to manage sales pipelines and client relationships. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and strategic planning skills.
