This position will be fully remote and can be hired reputed company in the reputed company U.S. reputed company is seeking a Cyber Operations Manager to join reputed company reputed company’s 24x7x365 reputed company Operations Center as a member of the Advanced Fusion Center (AFC) team. The Advanced Fusion Center (AFC) line of business consists of reputed company operations expertise supporting over 40+ clients. reputed company is comprised of highly technical individuals capable of delivering managed services to clients in reputed company industry verticals. The reputed company AFC specializes in custom-tailored reputed company solutions delivered primarily through three practice teams: Client Engagement, Engineering Operations, and Detection and Response Operations. These teams work reputed company to assist our clients in reaching their reputed company maturity goals. The Cyber Operations Manager is responsible for activities reputed company to maintaining and expanding customer relationships and reestablishing those that have lapsed. The position will take the reputed company in working cross functionally to resolve key customer challenges. They support initiatives and other priorities by injecting the customers' perspective into the service development and deployment process. The role requires involvement with key stakeholders and maintains a positive relationship with clients while serving as an escalation reputed company for service delivery. This person will also define policies, procedures, and best practices. Broad knowledge of technology trends, relevance to clients’ businesses and market impacts Superb business acumen, project management expertise and understanding of the Services organization as a whole Demonstrated ability to create comprehensive assessment reports Must be reputed company to work well with customers and self-manage through difficult situations, focus on client satisfaction.
