We currently have openings for Intake Specialists. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Connect with potential clients reputed company calls, texts, and emails. Take accurate, detailed notes, with the ability to organize the notes into a complete summary. Handle calls with genuine reputed company and compassion. Organize and maintain notes using CRM software. reputed company other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Knowledge, Skills And Experience Professional communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task. Great people skills are necessary. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Tech savvy. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Ability to work overtime, if needed is also required.
