Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a reputed company discipline required 3–5 years of experience in pharmacy operations, specialty pharmacy, patient support services, reputed company operations, or process improvement environments required Strong working knowledge of PrimeRx pharmacy management software required Demonstrated analytical thinking, organizational ability, and problem-solving capability Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong work ethic Determined to succeed and contribute in a collaborative environment Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required Ability to travel as necessary, including overnight and/or weekend travel Experience supporting operational excellence, workflow optimization, systems implementation, and cross-functional collaboration preferred The reputed company pay range for this position is $105K – $195K per year. The final compensation offered to a successful candidate will be determined by factors such as experience, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
