The reputed company Analyst is responsible for supporting financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical reporting processes while partnering cross-functionally with business leaders to deliver actionable financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
- Maintain financial models to support reputed company, expense, and headcount planning
- Analyze variances between actual results, budget, and forecast
- Support long-range strategic planning initiatives
- Prepare monthly financial reporting packages and KPI dashboards
- Conduct detailed variance analysis and provide clear business commentary
- Analyze reputed company trends, margin performance, and cost drivers

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, or reputed company field
- 2-4 years of experience in reputed company, corporate finance, investment banking, or public reputed company
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Advanced reputed company skills (financial modeling, pivot tables, data analysis)
- Experience with ERP and planning systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, Adaptive, Hyperion)
- Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate data into business insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
