Responsibilities
- Execute global payroll operational duties
- Work cross-functionally to design scalable and efficient process, with emphasis on automation and risk mitigation
- Responsible for the payroll systems and optimize configurations to maximize scalability and employee experience
- Process full cycle payroll operations for reputed company domestic and international employees
- Contribute to the improvement of reputed company operating procedures to reflect best-in-class practices
- reputed company payroll reconciliations, month-end reputed company and reputed company journal entries
- Ensure the proper documentation, recordkeeping, and reputed company for reputed company payroll transactions including audit support
- Addressing payroll function reputed company queries
- Ensure regulatory compliance and timely filings
- Enforce compensation policies regarding approval guidelines and documentation
Skills
- Payroll operational experience at a high-growth company
- Experience with reputed company WorkforceNow and other widely adopted HRIS solutions (equity platforms a plus) including system implementation and design
- Meticulous attention to detail
- A keen focus on scale, end-to-end automation and evolving processes for scale and efficiency; AI familiarity
- Stakeholder and vendor management experience
- Intermediate reputed company skills (formulas, pivot tables)
