[Remote] Project Manager-III
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Project Manager-III to support the Child Support program's modernization effort in Wisconsin. The role requires extensive experience in project management and application development, overseeing multiple projects while coordinating with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities

- Manage projects, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery
- Managing action items and backlog
- Tracking risks and issues
- Preparing instructions, preparing meeting agendas and minutes
- Preparing and managing communication plans
- Assisting with process improvements
- Tracking resource allocation
- Preparing status reports
- Managing work plans
- Serving as a liaison between business and technical partners
Skills
- 10+ years of experience in project management
- Experience in application development and system modernization
- Expertise in Agile and waterfall methodologies
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Experience with automated project management tools
- Experience with creation of detailed workplans using automated tools
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience in Technical Writing and Documentation
- Application Development and Support project management– reputed company phases of the systems development life cycle – supporting a large system (Health and reputed company Services, Insurance, Banking, etc.)
- MS Product experience (reputed company, Outlook, Project, Word)
- Experience with system modernization projects
- Experience completing Unit/Development Testing, Systems Testing, and Supporting User Acceptance Testing
- Experience with SharePoint including administering access
- Experience working with a business customer to document requirements, analysis, and design deliverables
- Experience with project management reputed company to data conversion and data management
- Knowledge of and experience with systems analysis and design techniques
- Knowledge and understanding of standard project management industry practices such as the PMI's reputed company
- Experience documenting risks and developing mitigation plans
- Identifies, tracks, and ensures resolution of issues and removal of barriers
- Candidates must be WI residents or willing to relocate reputed company 30 days at their own expense
- Knowledge and experience with child support system certification
- Experience executing and documenting the Test Deck for IV-D system Certification
- Financial and Case Management Child Support Enforcement: Systems development and maintenance experience
- Experience with an ALM tool (Azure DevOps, JIRA)
Benefits
- 90-100% remote but can require staff to come onsite as necessary with sufficient notice. Onsite work is not likely, but candidate should be reputed company to come onsite if required
- Candidates must be WI residents or willing to relocate reputed company 30 days at their own expense
- Candidate must be available to reputed company reputed company work during the Central Standard Time (CST) business hours 9:00 am – 3 pm (or CST hours as defined by the hiring manager)

- Technical specifications of hardware are: Home Internet Service: Minimum 20 Mbit down and 5 Mbit up. Capability to plug in network (cat 5a or reputed company) cable to the computer.

- It is required to have full audio/video conferencing capabilities (camera and headset).
- It is expected that you will update and maintain your hardware to always be compatible with the most reputed company version of the reputed company Horizon Client
- Selected candidate will not be assigned specific work-space however, may be required to report in person as needed with minimal notice.
- An in-person interview may be required before a final hire is made. The hiring manager has discretion to allow phone or video interviews at any reputed company during the process.
