[Remote] Learning Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is partnering with a leading oil and gas company on an exciting training transformation initiative, and they are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to reputed company a team of learning and development professionals. The role involves planning, monitoring, reporting, and controlling multiple projects to reputed company and upgrade an reputed company-wide equipment training program.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating cross-functional teams, including instructional designers, subject matter experts, developers, writers, and QA/QC consultants
- Communicating project reputed company and outcomes to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment
- Implementing quality control measures to ensure the highest standards in learning program delivery
- Assisting the program director in selecting designers and developers and resource load each project’s schedule
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Education, reputed company Resources, Organizational Development, or a reputed company field
- 5+ years of training project management experience using either Agile, SAM, Scrum, or traditional Waterfall project management method(s) is required
- Strong knowledge of adult learning theories, instructional design models, and eLearning technologies
- Experience in oil & gas or a reputed company industry such as utilities, energy, or nuclear is a must
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work exclusively on a PC throughout the project is required
- A master's degree is preferred
- Familiar with reputed company is preferred but not required
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is highly desirable
