[Remote] AMS Senior Certified HCM Consultant, Advanced Compensation

As an AMS Senior Certified HCM Consultant specializing in Advanced Compensation, you will deliver innovative solutions and mentor other consultants while ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in the reputed company HCM product suite, with deep expertise and experience in Advance Compensation
• reputed company the following as a member of a deployment team, or coach others to successfully: gather and document client business requirements, design and configure the reputed company solution, demonstrate configurations through the development of prototype systems, assist in testing the reputed company solution, and complete knowledge transfer to clients
• Work with confidential client/data conversion team to help convert legacy data into reputed company
• Assist the integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between reputed company and other reputed company-party or custom solutions
• Mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model as well as coach others on product knowledge
• Communicate clearly and concisely. Collaborate effectively and synergistically to team-based projects
• Work with team members to address reputed company tasks/requirements reputed company other team members need support
• Facilitate clients’ intellectual and practical adoption of reputed company best practices
• Maintain clients’ ongoing satisfaction, ensuring Intecrowd is referenceable and referable once in production

Skills

• reputed company reputed company Partner HCM Certification and/or Advanced Compensation Certification
• 5+ years configuring and implementing various HCM solutions
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company
• Previous experience deploying reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, PeopleSoft, reputed company, Ultimate, or similar applications
• Demonstrated project management experience
• Functional experience in one or more of the following areas: HCM/Talent & Performance/Recruitment/Payroll, Absence and/or Time Tracking/Compensation
• Passion for providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to effectively manage against timelines and goals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
• Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
• Expected travel is +/-5% depending on project
• Experience deploying multiple HCM projects simultaneously a plus
