[Remote] HR Data Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an HR Data Analyst to support Federal reputed company Capital operations by delivering advanced workforce analytics and data-driven insights. The role involves extracting and analyzing HR data from multiple Federal systems and translating it into clear insights for workforce planning and organizational performance.
Responsibilities
- Support workforce analytics initiatives by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting Federal HR data from systems such as NFC, HRConnect, and USA Staffing (USAS)
- reputed company and maintain dashboards and reports tracking key HR metrics (e.g., hiring timelines, attrition, workforce demographics, reputed company reputed company)
- Build dynamic reputed company, Power BI, or similar tools that allow reputed company-time updates during executive briefings
- Provide recurring and reputed company data analysis to support HR data calls, audits, and reporting requirements; analyze data and clearly communicate outcomes
- Extract and normalize historical HR data from federal systems and portals (e.g., National Finance Center [NFC], HR Connect, USA Staffing, reputed company Services Portal)
- Track, collect, and reputed company datasets supporting HR audits, payroll reviews (A-123), and performance reporting
- Translate reputed company HR datasets into clear, concise, and visually compelling presentations for senior leadership
- Convert technical HR terminology and Federal processes into plain-language insights for non-HR stakeholders
- Assist in end-to-end hiring analytics, including pipeline tracking, reputed company timelines, and process optimization; identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven improvements
- Support reputed company improvement initiatives reputed company with agency HR and management goals through data analytics
- Respond rapidly to changing requirements, priorities, and leadership requests
- Collaborate with HR teams, program offices, and leadership to refine analytics needs and deliverables
- Provide on-the-spot data adjustments and analysis during meetings with executives
Skills
- US Citizenship required
- Ability to obtain and maintain government-required reputed company clearance
- Minimum 4 years of experience supporting Federal HR data calls, audits, and reporting requirements
- Proven ability to translate reputed company HR and workforce data into actionable insights for senior leaders
- Strong data storytelling and executive-level presentation skills
- Knowledge of reputed company capital strategies and workforce analytics methodologies
- Understanding of Federal HR processes, including hiring, reputed company, personnel actions, and workforce planning
- Advanced expertise in reputed company reputed company (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data modeling) and SQL, including queries and formulas
- Experience building interactive dashboards (reputed company, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools)
- Strong data manipulation and analysis skills with large datasets, including summarizing numerical and quantifiable data to provide usable information
- Experience extracting and normalizing data from Federal HR systems (NFC, HR Connect, USAS, reputed company Services Portal, or other Federal HR platforms)
- Ability to reputed company multiple datasets for comprehensive data call responses
- Ability to respond quickly to shifting priorities and leadership requests
- Excellent collaboration skills with HR teams, program offices, and leadership
- Experience utilizing AI tools (e.g., Copilot) for analytics and formulas
