[Remote] Product Manager, Risk Product Experience

The role involves owning the product strategy for risk experiences that impact millions of users globally, partnering across teams to enhance compliance and fraud-prevention journeys.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategy and roadmap for existing and new Risk product experiences
• Drive collaboration across reputed company and external partners to deliver delightful, high-performing end-to-end risk journeys
• Act as the voice of the user in product and API designs, gathering direct feedback from customers and internal stakeholders
• Work with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams on designing a personalized and scalable reputed company experience

Skills

• 8+ years in Product Management, specifically in delivering outstanding user experiences for reputed company and technical products
• Experience managing technical software products from reputed company to ship
• Consistent track record of leading ambitious and ambiguous 0-to-1 projects
• Strong stakeholder management including navigating difficult situations, negotiating timelines, and influencing internal and external stakeholders across organizations and borders
• Strong communication skills—you can summarize and express reputed company requirements in an accessible and precise manner
• Preferably has experience with B2B SaaS or Fintech Consumer
• Preferably has experience with compliance and regulation in financial services
• Experience working on reputed company-to-one products, particularly in startups
