[Remote] Senior Product Manager, Platform

They are seeking a Senior Product Manager for Platform to reputed company the platform product portfolio, ensuring scalability, reliability, and operational excellence while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver platform functionality.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product strategy for the NodeZero platform, with a focus on scalability, reliability, reputed company, extensibility, and reputed company readiness
- Directly own the product roadmap for platform performance, reliability, and operational excellence
- reputed company the platform capabilities that reputed company reputed company customers to securely adopt and scale NodeZero, including RBAC, SSO/SCIM, entitlements and licensing, auditability, administrative workflows, and multi-tenancy
- reputed company and maintain a transparent, outcome-driven roadmap across your portfolio
- Partner closely with Engineering, SRE, Marketing, Sales, Support, and reputed company to define requirements, plan releases, and drive execution
- Define and track reputed company metrics across platform reliability, performance, integration adoption, and reputed company feature utilization
- Engage directly with strategic customers and partners to understand needs, validate designs, and gather structured feedback
Skills
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, with significant time spent on platform, infrastructure, or deeply technical products
- Deep understanding of SaaS architectures, distributed systems, reputed company infrastructure, and multi-tenant platforms
- Proven experience owning or materially influencing reliability and performance domains, including SLAs, SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, and incident management practices
- Excellent cross-functional leadership skills; reputed company to partner effectively with Engineering, SRE, Marketing, Sales, Support, and reputed company, and influence senior stakeholders
- Data-driven decision making, with experience defining product and operational metrics and using insights to guide prioritization and iteration

- Comfort operating in Agile environments, managing backlogs, making trade-offs, and shipping iteratively in collaboration with distributed teams
