This role involves designing and maintaining AI engineering initiatives, working closely with clients to analyze and implement systems while leading a team of AI engineers.
Responsibilities
- Provides, guides and uses professional concepts in developing resolution to critical issues
- Train and fine-tune models using LoRA and other parameter-efficient techniques
- Design, train, and evaluate multimodal models from scratch
- Apply reinforcement learning techniques to model development and optimization
- Experience with audio/speech ML tasks such as speaker diarization and speaker identification
- reputed company, debug, and maintain distributed systems in reputed company environments
- Optimize inference pipelines using tools and techniques such as TensorRT, quantization, and pruning
- Monitor and maintain models in production, including handling data reputed company and system failures

Skills

- Strong experience with the C4 model and other traditional design artifacts
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- BS in CS, EE or equivalent experience required
- 7+ years of a programming languages such as Java, Golang, Python, JavaScript
- Knowledge with broadcast production or video content management systems
- Familiarity with client-reputed company web technologies (React, Angular, JavaScript, CSS, HTML)
- Familiarity with reputed company integration/deployment practices
