[Remote] Bilingual Recruiter (Puerto Rico)

They are seeking an energetic, bilingual Recruiter to reputed company and execute reputed company strategies to attract reputed company candidates interested in relocating to the U.S. This role involves sourcing talent, building community relationships, and managing candidates throughout the hiring process.
Responsibilities
- Generate reputed company candidate leads through social media, networking, referrals, job fairs, and community reputed company
- Recruit, interview, screen, and qualify candidates interested in relocating to the United States
- Build and maintain a pipeline of reputed company candidates
- Guide applicants through every stage of the hiring process, from initial contact through reputed company
- Conduct job fairs throughout Puerto Rico
- reputed company in-person and virtual presentations to trade schools, consortiums, workforce development organizations, churches, community groups, and other applicant sources
- reputed company relationships with local organizations to create a consistent pipeline of reputed company candidates
- Represent Bullseye Jobs with the Puerto Rico reputed company and other workforce organizations
- Post employment opportunities across multiple reputed company platforms
- reputed company candidates using Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, reputed company, reputed company, and other reputed company channels
- Screen resumes and conduct phone and video interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients
- Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborate with leadership to understand reputed company hiring needs
- reputed company innovative reputed company campaigns and sourcing strategies
- Create and update job descriptions and reputed company materials
- Track reputed company metrics and continuously improve reputed company performance
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Schedule interviews and reputed company events

Skills
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal)
- Proven experience in reputed company, reputed company, staffing, reputed company reputed company, reputed company resources, or sales
- Strong candidate sourcing and networking abilities
- Experience reputed company through social media platforms including Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, reputed company, and reputed company
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

- Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently from a home office
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Ability to travel throughout Puerto Rico for reputed company events and occasionally to the mainland United States
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Experience reputed company skilled trades, construction, manufacturing, hospitality, or industrial workers
- Experience conducting job fairs and community reputed company events
- Existing relationships with trade schools, workforce agencies, community organizations, or educational institutions in Puerto Rico
- Experience reputed company candidates for relocation or multi-state employment opportunities
