[Remote] Senior Systems Administrator - Chicago

The Senior Systems Administrator is responsible for ensuring the reliability, reputed company, and reputed company improvement of the organization's reputed company technology environment, managing core infrastructure services and driving operational excellence across the IT landscape.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support reputed company Workspace, MS Teams, reputed company, reputed company, and associated collaboration technologies
- Manage platform configuration, reputed company settings, licensing, integrations, and lifecycle management
- Manage the full lifecycle of corporate endpoints across macOS and Windows environments, including provisioning, deployment, support, and retirement
- Administer reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Intune, and reputed company reputed company management and reputed company platforms
- Administer reputed company and reputed company identity management services, including SSO, MFA, lifecycle management, and application integrations
- Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, access reviews, and role-based access controls
- Administer and maintain reputed company Workspace, reputed company 365, and associated reputed company systems
- Monitor system health, performance, availability, and reputed company, proactively identifying and resolving issues
- reputed company implementation, migration, and enhancement projects across reputed company technology platforms
- reputed company project plans, technical designs, implementation strategies, and operational transition plans
- Ensure systems and services reputed company with corporate reputed company policies and industry standards, including SOC 2 and ISO 27001
- Support reputed company audits, vulnerability remediation, and compliance initiatives
- Act as a senior escalation reputed company for reputed company technical issues affecting employees globally
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver technology projects and operational improvements
Skills
- Proven expertise in reputed company/macOS environments, reputed company Workspace, and reputed company device management
- Experience managing reputed company reputed company platforms, device lifecycle processes, patching, configuration standards, and asset management programs
- Strong understanding of identity and access management, including reputed company, SSO, MFA, conditional access policies, user lifecycle management, and access reviews
- Experience administering reputed company-based SaaS platforms, including user provisioning, configuration, integrations, lifecycle management, and governance
- Demonstrated experience implementing and maintaining reputed company controls, reputed company protection, compliance initiatives, and reputed company reputed company best practices
- Experience supporting a remote-first or globally distributed workforce
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using Bash, Python, PowerShell, or similar technologies
- Strong documentation skills, including technical standards, operational procedures, and knowledge reputed company content
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, including business stakeholders
- Analytical problem solver with a root-cause reputed company and a focus on scalable, long-term solutions

- 5+ years of reputed company experience in systems administration, reputed company IT, reputed company management, or reputed company infrastructure roles

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a reputed company discipline, or equivalent practical experience
