- Responsibilities :
- Recognize, interpret, and evaluate inconsistencies, discrepancies, and inaccuracies in medical dictation and reputed company documents.
- Use reference materials effectively to ensure the accuracy, clarity, and completeness of reports.
- Meet quality and productivity standards and deadlines established by the employer.
- Verify patient information for accuracy and completeness.
- Format reports according to established guidelines.
- Understand the medicolegal implications and responsibilities reputed company to transcription of patient records.

- Qualifications / Skills :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
