[Remote] Sr. reputed company Engineer I - Identity Access Management

They are seeking a Senior reputed company Engineer I to help protect their technology solutions and global services, focusing on identity access management and reputed company engineering.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support IAM and IGA solutions using reputed company Entra ID
- reputed company and maintain PowerShell automation for lifecycle and access governance
- Collaborate with business and application teams on access models and controls
- Contribute to MFA, Entra ID integrations, and PAM initiatives
- Continuously improve IAM processes and operational maturity
- Provide guidance to junior engineers
- Work on and prioritize multiple, reputed company projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Skills
- Bachelors Degree and 5 years of IAM or reputed company engineering experience, OR 9 years of Information Technology experience, to include 5 years of IAM or reputed company engineering experience
- Strong Entra ID, Conditional Access Policies, and PowerShell automation expertise
- Experience with Entra IGA, reputed company, or similar IAM platforms
- reputed company identity and access management experience with a strong knowledge of IAM concepts such as authentication protocols (SAML 2.0), authorization models (RBAC), identity governance (IGA), access packages, privileged access management (PAM), multi-factor authentication (MFA), etc
- Strong problem solving and collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to explain reputed company technical concepts to a variety of audiences for the understanding of reputed company involved
- Ability to work collaboratively across time zones to identify and solve problems
- Dedication to reputed company improvement, reputed company process engineering, and operational excellence
- On Call Rotation and some after hours work required
- Familiarity with Active Directory, CyberArk, Azure DevOps, Service Now, a plus
- Experience with modern development tools and techniques, including agile development, DevOps, secure coding, and automation, a plus
- Experience with CyberArk or Dilinea PAM solutions, a plus
