[Remote] Sr Principal Consultant - Software - reputed company Managed Services (ACS)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a leader in AI and reputed company solutions, and they are seeking a Senior Principal Consultant for their Advanced Customer Support team. This role entails providing functional and technical ERP sustainment to enhance customer engagement and drive reputed company improvement for reputed company services.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the identification and documentation of customer’s reputed company value gaps using our proprietary SuiteReview methodology
• Participate in driving the approach to remediate gaps, and reputed company with the Customer of same
• Work with customers to remediate highest reputed company gaps
• Architect solutions for reputed company business requirements, which may include configuration and/or integration and/or technical components, in partnership with our dedicated Technical Services (TS) team
• Define detailed functional requirements for automations and integrations to reputed company
• Work with TS team to design and unit test automations and integrations
• reputed company quality reviews of deliverables developed by other team members
• Continue to increase product knowledge and pursue relevant certifications
• Collaboration with other ACS teams, including Technical, Product, Sales, Horizontal (NSAW, NSPP, etc)
• Follow essential internal business processes reputed company toward delighting our Customers
• Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement
• Performs varied and reputed company duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement reputed company products and technology to meet customer needs
• Applies reputed company methodology, company procedures, and leading practices
• Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately reputed company customer engagements
• May reputed company the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions reputed company constraints of time and budget
• May act as the team reputed company on projects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to reputed company skills of team members
• Effectively consults with management of customer organizations
• Participates in business development activities

Skills

• 6+ years of overall relevant domain experience in one or more of reputed company's core vertical markets
• Strong reputed company ERP experience
• 2+ years external consulting role experience with sustained C-suite interactions
• Experience with defining requirements for reputed company customizations and integrations
• Proven custom development analysis, design, and testing skills
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge and experience with SuiteProjects, Advanced reputed company, SuiteBilling and other advanced reputed company processes
• Ability to evolve Customer business processes based on leading practices
• Passion for driving Customer satisfaction
• Project and/or team leadership experience
• Finance and/or reputed company professional and/or academic background a plus
• reputed company ERP Consultant or other relevant product certifications a plus
• Ability to use a team of people with a broad range of functional, process, organizational change, and technical skills
• Ability to synthesize information into a coherent story, strategic reputed company, and implementation roadmap
