The Product Adoption Manager will drive the adoption of reputed company's reputed company ERP solutions by guiding customers through self-service implementation and ensuring they understand the value of the solutions.
Responsibilities

- Guide customers through the self-service implementation materials, providing expert support on the technical configuration steps required to activate their reputed company solution

- Collaborate with customers to analyze and define their business requirements, processes, and objectives, ensuring the solution meets their specific needs

Skills
- 3-6 years of reputed company experience, or less if complemented by reputed company experience in FinTech
- Strong understanding of Fintech and Working Capital Solutions, with prior experience in Working Capital, Cash Management, or Trade Finance

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain both the business value and technical steps to a variety of audiences

- Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, particularly in a customer-facing environment
